Did you know, Dr Masarue Emoto conducted a study on water crystals, and how energy, thoughts and words affected the water. He took a tiny proportion of water and froze it. And then photographed its molecule structure, he made an amazing discovery that, having a positive attitude like saying words of love and gratitude around water, even if you think it, could change the water molecule structure into something like a form of a beautiful snowflake. And if you said negative words of hate and put down, it could make the water structure look eroded and splotchy.

It has been proven that our body is made up of 70% water, and when we think about this water molecule theory it becomes eye-opening that our thoughts and words have an effect on our body. Everything is done in the mind, how we think things look and how we act, just like the movie inception, the mind can take us anywhere, we control things how we think things actually are in the mind, for instance, if you think to yourself you are unattractive, our mind will think we are unattractive, because having a negative attitude will only give us negative in return, whereas if we have a positive attitude, in our minds we can make everything and everyone look beautiful when really everyone is beautiful, the rest of that negative rubbish is all just in our head it’s something we plant into our heads giving us a negative outlook on everything, the negative outlook we don’t need.
